Sheriff Thaver is the Founder and Principal Consultant of WorldWinn Consulting, a business advisor, leadership consultant, executive coach, facilitator, trainer, and author with more than 20 years of experience across more than 15 industries.
As the founder of WorldWinn Consulting, Sheriff works with organizations that want practical, measurable improvement. His work includes business advisory, strategic planning, leadership development, team performance, process improvement, and management training. He brings a balanced approach that combines big-picture thinking with practical execution, helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity, from scattered effort to focused action, and from short-term fixes to sustainable progress.
Sheriff’s approach is shaped by real business experience, formal education, and years of working closely with entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams. He holds an MBA from the Sobey School of Business and has developed a practical consulting style that blends strategy, leadership, management tools, human behaviour, and hands-on implementation. Under Sheriff’s leadership, WorldWinn Consulting has received multiple Readers’ Choice Awards from the Toronto Star and Mississauga News over several years.
He is the author of Wild, Bold and Ambitious: Unleash Your Inner Entrepreneur, a book written to help new and aspiring entrepreneurs build the mindset, confidence, and discipline needed to move forward in business.
His latest book, The Performance Dial, expands his work into leadership and team performance. The book introduces a practical framework for helping leaders read the moment, choose the right kind of influence, and build clarity, ownership, accountability, and momentum within their teams.

Outside of work, Sheriff lives in Canada with his wife, Perviz. He enjoys travel, food, exploring different cultures, and mentoring young adults who are stepping into the business world.
