Amro Aljbour is an Associate Consultant with WorldWinn Consulting and an experienced learning and development consultant, corporate trainer, and talent management specialist with more than ten years of experience. He helps organizations develop their people, strengthen leadership capability, and improve team performance by combining practical business experience with evidence-informed research.
As an Associate Consultant with WorldWinn, Amro contributes expertise in learning and development, leadership development, talent management, team effectiveness, communication, and customized learning solutions. He is also known as the “Talent Diver,” reflecting his passion for discovering and developing people’s talents through training, coaching, and research.
Professional Experience
Throughout his career, Amro has designed, coordinated, and delivered learning programs for more than 3,500 participants from over 100 organizations across the corporate, government, education, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. His professional experience has included work with organizations such as Samsung Electronics, UNICEF, and SITA.
Before becoming an Associate Consultant with WorldWinn, Amro worked in corporate training, talent development, HR consulting, and higher education across Jordan and Australia. He coordinated more than 200 training programs, long-term learning initiatives, and annual retreats while supporting organizations with talent development and HR consulting projects. He has also taught undergraduate and postgraduate business courses at Queensland University of Technology, The University of Queensland, and Australian Catholic University, enabling him to bridge academic knowledge with practical business solutions.
Education and Certifications
Amro holds a PhD in Talent Management from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, where his research examined talent management perspectives, practices, and outcomes. He is also a Certified Innermetrix Consultant in DISC personality assessment and a Certified Relationship Coach. His research has been published in international journals covering talent management, career growth, employee commitment, and organizational performance.
Learning Philosophy
Amro believes learning should be practical, interactive, and enjoyable. He creates safe and engaging learning environments where participants contribute actively, learn from one another, and apply new ideas to real workplace challenges. His programs combine facilitation, experiential activities, and evidence-informed practices to help people understand their strengths, build confidence, and create lasting behavioural change.
Personal
Outside of consulting and training, Amro enjoys collaborating with researchers and professionals who share his interest in developing people and organizations. He believes that when people understand their strengths, continue learning, and are given the right opportunities, they become more confident leaders, stronger team members, and lasting contributors to organizational success.
