This portion helps you appreciate your accomplishments and reflect on them, contributing to a positive outlook on life.

Section 4 – Creative Ideas this week

Most people believe they are not creative. However, most people employ their creative abilities to find solutions to problems or discover more effective ways to carry out tasks. This section will inspire you to think back on the last week, recognize times when you were creative, and express gratitude for those creative moments. Developing your creative skills will be further facilitated by actively seeking creative opportunities.

Section 5 – My Relationship Bank Account

Near the end of their lives, one of the most common regrets is that they did not spend more time with their loved ones and express their affection for them in more tangible ways. Our relationships flourish when we make an effort to support, nurture, and generally improve the lives of those around us. In our busy lives, finding time for even ourselves, let alone other people is frequently challenging.
