Benefits of journal

With our ever-connected world and humans having a stronger negative bias (adverse events have a more significant impact on us than positive events), it can be challenging to keep a cheerful attitude. This portion helps you appreciate your accomplishments and reflect on them, contributing to a positive outlook on life.

Section 4 – Creative Ideas this week

Most people believe they are not creative. However, most people employ their creative abilities to find solutions to problems or discover more effective ways to carry out tasks. This section will inspire you to think back on the last week, recognize times when you were creative, and express gratitude for those creative moments. Developing your creative skills will be further facilitated by actively seeking creative opportunities.

Section 5 – My Relationship Bank Account

Near the end of their lives, one of the most common regrets is that they did not spend more time with their loved ones and express their affection for them in more tangible ways. Our relationships flourish when we make an effort to support, nurture, and generally improve the lives of those around us. In our busy lives, finding time for even ourselves, let alone other people is frequently challenging. Consequently, we have an increased responsibility to cultivate and sustain connections that are significant to us. Determine which of your roles and relationships are most important to you, and then make it a weekly priority to put effort into strengthening those relationships. Plan and do things that will bring joy to your loved ones. Subsequently, you can assess what impact you were able to have on the important people in your life. You will, with time, strengthen bonds with individuals who matter to you.

Section 6 – My routine this week

Consistent practice is the foundation for developing any habit. This section will assist you in acquiring the habits you desire. Reading, learning an instrument, working out, and so on are just a few habits everyone says they want to develop but find difficult. Instead of focusing on what habit you want to build, this habit tracker focuses on the motivation and driving force behind that habit. Every time you read your reason, it strengthens your motivation. The more you practise the routine, the more it becomes a part of who you are and your identity.
